Why be a sponsor?

The Arkansas Community Colleges Conference is the state’s largest professional development event for community college faculty, staff, and administrators. This annual event is the premier opportunity to meet with Arkansas’ community college leaders and build awareness around your product/services. All 22 public community colleges in the state of Arkansas participate in the conference. Last year, more than 450 community college professionals attended. We expect 2025 to be even bigger and better. Let’s partner for success!

Platinum package

$10,000 (limit 2)

  • Option to present:

    • At the meeting of the Presidents/Chancellors (5 min max) AND meeting of the Chief Academic Officers (5 min max) AND meeting of the Chief Student Affairs Officers (5 min max)

      OR

    • A 45-minute breakout session open to all attendees.

  • Table located directly outside Horner Hall in the high-traffic Plaza Lobby, where receptions will be hosted.

  • Four complimentary conference passes.

  • Private meeting room on Monday, October 13.

  • Stationary banner on the homepage of the event mobile app.

  • Year-round recognition on the ACC website (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026).

  • One post on the ACC Facebook/Instagram pages (July 1, 2025-October 31, 2025).

Add-ons are available only with purchase of a sponsorship package. Sponsors will be recognized on the ACC website, on conference signage, in the mobile app, on the website, and in announcements at the sponsored event. Limit one sponsor per event:

Please note the location of the Plaza Lobby and 200 Hallway when choosing your sponsorship package. Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will be located in the Plaza Lobby, where the receptions will be held. Bronze sponsors will be located in the 200 Hallway, were most breakout sessions will be held.

  • Sponsors will be accepted on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.

  • The deadline to purchase a sponsorship package is September 1, 2025.

  • No refunds after September 1, 2025.

  • Sponsor Hours:

    • Sunday, October 12, TBD (optional)

    • Monday, October 13, 8am-5pm

    • Tuesday, October 14, 8am-10am (optional)
